Hey, I’m Luc. My journey began on the adrenaline-soaked racetracks of Europe, where I pushed the limits as a race-winning motorcycle racer. Speed, focus, and pure instinct defined my life—but something deeper always called me. After a life-changing diving accident, I found myself standing at the edge of something unknown, staring into the vastness of life’s true meaning.

That moment sparked a quest for deeper understanding, leading me across continents and into the teachings of mindfulness, yoga, and ancient spiritual wisdom. I discovered that real transformation isn’t just about overcoming shadows—it’s about rediscovering the joy and freedom that is our natural state.

Now, I’m a certified Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Instructor, CBT Practitioner, Personal Trainer and a lifelong student of holistic health and spiritual awakening. As a 6/2 Reflector in Human Design, I’m gifted with the ability to see people’s true nature and reflect their deepest truths back to them, guiding them to reconnect with their authentic selves.

I created FlexAwaken as a sanctuary for those ready to break free from limitations, rediscover their inner light, and live life with joy, presence, and true freedom.
